What is quad dominance?
Quad dominance is a muscular imbalance in which the quadriceps provides more force during squatting than the hamstrings and hips. If your first movement is to bend at the knees or if your knees excessively move past your toes wile squatting, chances are you are quad dominant.
Why does quad dominance occur?
